Valuation of machinery and equipment

Machinery and equipment constitute a group of property’s elements, different of real estate and classified according to accounting standards within the fixed assets.
The valuation of machinery and equipment should be preceded by analysis of all their important features which can impact the estimated value.

The market value of machinery and equipment is elaborated basing on the analysis of the market, on which they are traded. Chartered appraisers investigate local and domestic markets and in lack of sufficient information, data from international market is concerned.

During evaluation process following features are checked:

• hitherto exploitation course
• parameters of intensity of usage
• degree of wear and tear
• completeness of set
